ACM approves proposed acquisition of Viaplay Netherlands

DPG Media welcomes the decision by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) to approve the proposed acquisition of Viaplay's Dutch operations.

The ACM's approval marks a significant step in the acquisition process. As is customary with transactions of this nature, a few final steps remain before the acquisition can be definitively completed. Nothing changes for Videoland and Viaplay subscribers at this time. Current subscriptions, subscription prices, and apps remain unchanged for the time being.

DPG Media and Viaplay will continue working towards completing the acquisition over the coming period. Further communications will follow as soon as there are relevant developments.
