Readers, viewers, and listeners flocked to us en masse, seeking information, inspiration, and relaxation, while the pandemic drove down advertising spend. But despite those challenges, we still managed to post excellent results. In fact, results in the readers' markets and online services more than compensated for the lag in the advertising market.
