Maarten & Dorothee are back. After a dream summer at the Q Beach House, Qmusic is gearing up for autumn. Maarten Vancoillie and Dorothee Dauwe are back every morning to brighten up their listeners' day. They are kicking off the new radio season right away with ‘Elke Beller Wint’, one of the biggest and wildest promotions of the year.
‘Every Caller Wins… a new home without moving’ On Tuesday, September 15, every listener who calls in live to the morning show between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM wins no less than €20,000 in IKEA store credit. A new couch, a brand-new bedroom, tableware for the whole family, or simply a lifetime supply of Swedish meatballs: every listener gets the chance to completely redecorate their home.
A short break for Vincent and Emma Vincent Fierens and Emma Salden have welcomed a baby girl—the very first Q-baby. Vincent returns on Monday, September 14 with ‘Vincent Live’, every weekday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. And to celebrate, he is saying YES to EVERYTHING all day long on September 23! Listeners can submit their biggest wishes via the website or the Q-app. It’s YES DAY.
Emma will return during the Christmas holidays. In the meantime, Liam Van Haverbeke takes over her evening slot from 10:00 PM to midnight.
Qmusic now also live on Friday and Saturday nights until midnight New this autumn: Qmusic will broadcast live until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. Qmusic wants to keep its listeners company at all times with high-energy music, plenty of interaction, and live radio. On Friday nights from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, tune in for ‘Vrienden van de Vrijdag’ with Ulrike D’hauwer and Bert De Kock. On Saturdays, Dorien Matthijs takes over this time slot. Afterwards, Timo Piredda sets the mood until midnight. Then, Radio Regi, VIKTOR, Lost Radio Show, Dimitri Wouters, and Voltage deliver the party soundtrack.
Familiar voices all week and on weekends The other Q DJs are also enthusiastically launching into the new season. Vincent Vangeel is up early again from 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Matthias Vandenbulcke takes over the late morning slot from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Jolien Roets leaves no room for the afternoon slump from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Once Vincent Fierens is back on air, you can tune into Yoren Linsen between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM. On weekends, and occasionally during the week, you can also hear DJs Sen De Paepe, Jana De Wilde, Liam D’Hert, Karim Kediambiko, Stien Lens, Robbe Petitjean, Jan Thans, and Naomi Vanderpoorten.
