JOE gets ready for autumn: familiar faces with a fresh twist
This season, JOE’s familiar DJs will once again be there every day to keep listeners company, from early morning until late at night. The winning formula remains exactly as listeners know and love it, while a number of daily shows will be refreshed with exciting new features.
Sven & Anke and Tom De Cock make your mornings and evenings even better
Mornings with Sven & Anke are packed with fresh ideas. Every weekday between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m., they welcome a company or group of friends to "Koffie Tanken met Sven & Anke" ("Coffee Break with Sven & Anke"), where guests select songs that hold a special story or memory. The duo will also guide listeners through the week with their popular regular features, including "Mutti 't of mutti 't niet", "Beste luisteraars van de wereld", "Take van de week", and "Niet lullen, gaten vullen".
During the evening drive, Tom De Cock will welcome two special guests to the studio each week this autumn. On Tuesdays, Ronny Mosuse sums up the highs and lows of a well-known Flemish personality in song, accompanied by his ukulele. On Fridays, Jan Verheyen shares his top film and streaming recommendations for the weekend. And of course, listeners can continue to test themselves by taking part in the thrilling "15 Seconden Quiz".
Familiar voices throughout the day
Throughout the day, JOE's audience favourites remain firmly in place. Heidi Van Tielen kicks off the late morning with the best classics and her popular feature "Wegwijzer". In the afternoon, Carl Schmitz lets listeners shape the playlist live through the popular game "Swipe or Like" during "De Hits van Schmitz". Stijn Smets rounds off the evening with the movie quiz "Moviematch".
The brand news JOE alarm clock
To make waking up even easier, JOE is launching a redesigned alarm clock in its app. Listeners simply choose their favourite JOE voice to wake them up, after which the app automatically switches to the live radio stream.
Autumn's biggest campaigns return
Finally, JOE is gearing up for its much-loved autumn traditions: the "JOE Top 2000", the heartwarming charity campaign "Pakje van je Hart", and the ever-popular JOE Christmas House, where the station will broadcast live for an entire month from Antwerp's Grand Place.
